Deposit Protection Your deposit is protected from the moment you pay it. Cover lasts for 90 days from the date shown on your Deposit Protection Policy document. If something were to prevent the project from starting, your money is not at risk.
Work in Progress Protection If work is underway and something unexpected happens, the work in progress is protected up to 25% of the total contract value. You are not left with a half-finished loft and no recourse.
Materials Protection The materials used in your conversion are covered subject to the manufacturers’ own guarantees. If a material fails, you have protection in place.
Workmanship Guarantee The quality of the work itself is guaranteed for up to 5 to 10 years after your project is completed. This mirrors Neo Lofts London’s own written guarantee but is backed independently by insurance. So even if, in the unlikely event, Neo Lofts London were ever unable to return to address a workmanship issue, your guarantee remains valid and enforceable.
